SEXUAL HEALTH NATURALLY



We have heard since childhood that Health is wealth, and the saying is 100% true. But what is the real meaning of health, what does it include how many component does it have? It changes according to time and age but three components always remain same which are mental health, physical health and social health.

Sexual health is main component of adult health; anyone can be healthy sexually only when he or she is healthy by mental and physical health.

Sex is enjoyed only when a person is in good mood, when he or she is happy. One can increase his/her sexual pleasure by doing and practicing some methods. Specially men who are affected by pre mature ejaculation and less libido and affected with erectile dysfunction, which is a major problem in modern world like United states, Europe including Britain, Germany, France, Australia, New Zealand  and Canada due to lack of exercise and obesity, diabetes,
hypertension and playing with gadgets all the time and etc etc.

In less developed world like India Pakistan Nepal and Africa continent and Latin America it is mainly due to malnutrition anxiety for livelihood security and small houses and no privacy for partners etc etc.
Now the question arise how can anyone increase his sexual power naturally, there are some points which need to follow if someone wants his sexual life and power to be corrected as per desire:

1. Mental health :  The most important factor for sexual health and pleasure and even for every pleasure , if you are not happy you cannot enjoy anything in life so it is of utmost important that mind is at peace and happy when you make love.
For good mental health you must meditate and have positive thinking.




2. Physical health: If you are sick or have any chronic illness, it will cause hindrance in taking pleasure for sex and love. Hence one's body must be free from pain and physical disturbance to enjoy sex.
For good physical health you must eat right, exercise and avoid food which cause sexual weakness and avoid extreme cold and hot climate.
And when your body is fit physically and mentally and you still have problem in sex timing and erection then you should try the points given below:
1. love for partner and excitement to do sex with partner : If you love and have excitement for the person to whom you are going to do sex with then your timing, erection and pleasure will increase.
2 Fragrance: If the environment near you is romantic and there is sweet fragrance in around it surely stimulate your mood for sex which increases blood flow to your genitals and make you ready for sex 
3 Fore play:  Fore play is required for surge of hormone in you. if you do good foreplay with passion then you will have a good erection and your sex timing will increase.
 4. Time of sex: Means in which period of day you are doing sex, the best time is when you are not tired mentally or physically and you must take your food 2-3 hour before sex and it get digested and no food left in stomach. The best time is early morning time if you have completed your sleep.
5. Sex positions: positions play a important role in determining that how long sex will last. Anyone can have good a sex timing in a particular position and can have a short timing in other position for example if a person having problem in missionary position (man on top) then he can try cow girl position (girl on top) or he can try sitting position means girl in lap or can try doggy style also, means changing of positions improve sex timing.
6. Speed of sex: speed of sex is also very important factor, when you start sex and do in full thrust then you got discharged early, and hence anyone who wants to increase his timing for sex must restraint from speeding sex initially. When one feel during sex that he is going to discharge then he must stop and rest till the sense of ejaculation gone then he must start again, if sometime do like this he can increase his sex timing for future and can increase erection also.  Other method is one can count his thrust or pumping, for example if someone discharge on 20 counting then he must stop on 19 counting and rest and hold ejaculation then do again and must try it 3-4 times and do not ejaculate if possible.
Then do it again on next day. If someone practices it for 1 month then he can increase his sexual timing up to one hour.
7.  Frequency (how frequent one do sex): It all depend upon physical health and urge for sex. If someone is muscularly built and taking good balance diet and doing exercise regularly and do sex frequently then he will definitely not becoming weak due to frequency but person with weak musculature and bad digestion and no physical activity will definitely become weak by frequent sex though he has good urge for sex. Hence one has to make a balance in sex frequency if he wants his sexual timing and erection good. Two times a week a good frequency of sex for healthy adult male.
8. Body built: Athletic body person with good digestion will always have good erection and sex timing. Obesity is killer of male sexual power hence always try to be fit if you want good sex and make sure your abdomen circumference be in limit.
9. Sex diet: Always eat the balance diet with include protein fat carb and essential nutrients for body with a good digestion. Here are the list of some foods which are beneficial in sexual health

10. Tobacco cigarettes alcohol caffeine: avoid all these product in excess. These product harden the vessels and make erection difficult as well caffeine over stimulate blood flow hence in turn decrease sex timing.

11. Kegel exercise: it is performed by stopping urine in between when it is being passed then again start to do urine then again stop, do it two or three times.

12. Daily sits up at least 20 times increases pelvic muscle strength and increase blood flow to penis and increase timing and erection.

13. Daily massage of perineum and lower back and sole of foot and the lower side of ribs in back means the place where our kidney positioned with sesame oil.
