The biggest enemy of daily life 

LOW SELF ESTEEM 

 SELF CONSCIOUSNESS 

LOW CONFIDENCE 

 SOCIAL ANXIETY OR SOCIAL PHOBIA ALWAYS GUILTY FEELING 

 confidence is inversely proportional to fear Much fear you have low confidence you have. And opposite to it much confidence you have the low fear you feel. Allah loves the people who are high in confidence  (it is mentioned in hadees). 

To reduce low self esteem always think i am awesome. Believe in yourself Self motivation is best thing, To self motivate yourself take example of best people in their field, who are best skilled and who do things differently and exceptionally and people who break all odds to reach a special place. 

Who make themselves special like in DEEN Take example of sahaba , they were full confidence people. When you have doubt in your mind regarding any work  then observe the people who are doing that work and breaking all odds. Then think if he or she can do that why i can't. 

When you feel SELF  CONSCIOUSNESS  in any situation like when you talking to someone or writing or driving or performing any act then always focus on thing which you are doing never focus on yourself.e.g. When a person driving a vehicle and see a pothole on road to avoid that pothole he turn that vehicle but his mind is not on vehicle or on tyre , he even can't see tyre but he manage to avoid that pothole, how because his focus is on driving and he manage vehicle but when someone has self consciousness during driving he may not have confidence and may result in poor driving. 

In self consciousness a person always see himself in any situation. For example: If he is seeing in anyone's eyes,  he instead focus in his eyes . If he talking to someone instead of focussing to his face , he focus on his face. When he walks he always think that everyone is watching me. These all reduce his confidence. 

The main root cause of this self consciousness is low self esteem. And person always think that what everyone will think about my act. Enjoy or involve in the thing which you are doing. e.g. if you are eating food and focussing  on food taste,  you enjoy it most. Same in everything you do. Feeling good is the main thing of life, When you eat good food you feel good and when you wear good clothes, when you go on travelling or do any sports  you like, you feel good and it boost your confidence, so to increase your confidence always and in every situation feel good no matter what you have, always be happy and shukr to Allah and your confidence will be high. Always focus on your target , when you focus on your target your brain do not think other things and you become able to do that work more confidently . Then You forget self consciousness , low confidence and etc.
